Shipping Policy

We take great pride in our products and make every effort to assure your order arrives in excellent condition. Your goods will be packaged with care by one of our shipping clerks. Most orders are delivered to the carrier in 1-3 business days; please allow additional time during holiday seasons. Once shipped, your selected carrier speed determines when it arrives. Shipping dates vary, and can be Monday – Saturday.

Tracking is automatically sent to the email address provided on the order if that service is chosen. Flat rate shipping does not have tracking information always. Please add us to your email contacts, and check your spam folder – just in case :) If you placed the order with your user account, tracking will also be posted there.
